Account Deletion

To delete your account, you need to follow these steps:

1. Within Sweet Family, on the main page, click the top left button to open the side menu.
2. In the side menu, click on the “More options” option.
3. Click on the “Delete family account” button.
4. This action will log you out and send us a request to delete your account, which we will process within 1 or 2 days.
5. Other family members who use the same account will lose access once the account is deleted.
